I bought two of these on amazon.com because theyre like $20 cheaper (each) than if you order them off the Sog website. I gave one as a gift to a friend and kept one for myself. So when I got it in the mail, the first thing I noticed was how nice it felt. Just the overall quality was great but I was disappointed to find out the handle isn't made of wood like I read in another review. Its made of fiberglass and after a couple of throws the handle broke. Same thing happened to my friends. You can still throw it because the actual handle is steel but just the fiberglass grips cracked. Other than that I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Its easy to throw and gets stuck almost every single time and I'm no pro.


SOG Specialty Knives F02T-N Review by zs

I once bought this tomahawk from the SOG website a few years ago, it was excellent. This item however not only is poor quality but is not even authentic. The product does not bear the Fusion by SOG logo, is not the correct thickness and is not even FLAT. This piece wobbles like a playground see saw when placed on a table.

I would not recommend this seller or this product to anyone! This item is falsely advertised and is not authentic.

This is a really well constructed knife. It's easy to open with one hand and very portable. You can clip it to the inside of your pocket and forget it's even there. I like how it has both straight edge and serrated edge. That feature has definitely come in handy. I've seen some of the other reviews... Personally, I like how tight the clip is. I don't like the idea of my knife falling out of my pocket. All in all, a great knife at a low price.

Great small knife. When I bought it I was looking for a knife that was
a) under 2.5 inches
b) had a partially serrated edge
c) had a belt clip and
d) could be opened with one hand.
This one has all of those features, however, I can't open it with one hand yet, it's still too tight. It's decently sharp, I haven't tried to sharpen it yet, but I imagine it would do so nicely. Just beware that when you first get it it is really tough to open and close but it loosens up pretty quickly, and the belt clip was also fairly tight but I'd rather it not fall out of my pocket so it doesn't bother me, it also loosened up a little. Overall I'm really satisfied.

This is my second Gerber Truss 2.0 serrated. I lost the first one on a trip. No, it didn't come off my belt I mistakenly took it off and left it in a hotel room. Anyway, seems like you always need/want a small pocket knife with you. I have a tiny Swiss Army that fits on a key chain but it's just not big enough or tough enough. Well the Truss fits the bill. Small enough to put on your belt and be unobtrusive but big enough to do the job. I especially like having the serrated version. Light weight, small and very nicely built. Some have complained that you can't really open it one handed...I can. No problems. It does take two hands to close though. I bought this from one of Amazon's resellers and it came in the original bubble packing and was perfect. It was also cheaper than Amazon even with shipping. Don't delay, just buy it!
